Forgame Announces Resignation of Executive Director and Co-Founders

(Guangzhou China – March 2015) – The Board of Directors of Forgame Holdings Limited (HKEx: 00484) (“Forgame” or the “Company”) today announced that Mr. Zhuang Jieguang, Mr. Huang Weibing, and Mr. Liao Dong have resigned from all positions from the Company, effective immediately.

“Mr. Zhuang, Mr. Huang, and Mr. Liao have been instrumental to Forgame’s quick ascension to become a leader in the webgame industry in China,” said Wang Dongfeng, Chairman and CEO of Forgame.
